Trailer Drop

Problem:

Trailer Drop is the vertical trailer movement that occurs due to the weight of forklifts traveling in and out of unstable trailers, especially those equipped with air-ride suspension. This movement causes Whole Body Vibration, product damage, and dock seal/bumper damage.

Solution:

A stabilizing Dok-Lok vehicle restraint or dock leveler stabilizes the transition between the loading dock and trailer bed using durable hydraulic cylinders to minimize trailer drop, creating a smoother transition.
