  • Weather seal protected edge of dock leveler
  • Vinyl seal around edge of dock bumper and dock leveler

Around the sides of your dock leveler, gaps are created between the leveler and the concrete loading dock pit wall. If these gaps are left uncovered they can become as large as a 12" by 12" hole in your wall costing hundreds of dollars in wasted energy costs annually. Add to this, the gaps on the top, bottom and sides of your overhead doors and these costs could top $1000, per dock position.

Installing energy efficient loading dock leveler weatherseals will close the gaps and help reduce your heating and cooling costs. In many cases, these weather seals will pay for themselves in four months or less. Choose from the following dock leveler weatherseals:

PT-2 Vinyl Seal
  • Galvanized Channel
  • Plytex Strip
NB-1 Brush Seal
