SpanGuard Safety Barrier
Separating and defining large work areas, walkways, and inside loading docks is a safety challenge. Barriers in these areas sometimes need to be easily removed for unobstructed access, and because plant operations change over time, the ability to relocate barriers at minimal cost is also important. The SpanGuard Safety Barrier, a 2008 Plant Engineering Product of the Year award-winner, is the answer. Our 30’ and 60’ units are easy to install, allow for excellent visibility and stop up to 200 lbs of force.


GuardRite^� Strap Barrier GuardRite^� Strap Barrier strap barrier system is designed to protect large work areas or long walkways in your facility, providing an economical, effective visual and physical barrier to help keep people and material handling equipment out of harm’s way. Straps can span up to 60' between steel posts and are easily removed for unobstructed access.		GuardRite^� Light Duty The GuardRite^� Light Duty barrier system is perfect for defining work areas, walkways and storage areas. Its steel columns and yellow and black striped PVC rails provide excellent visibility and withstand up to 200 lbs of force from any direction.


GuardRite^� Heavy Duty The GuardRite^� Heavy Duty steel barrier system can withstand the impact of a 10,000-pound vehicle traveling up to 4 m.p.h., helping to prevent forklifts, sweepers and other in-plant vehicles from damaging your facilities or equipment and injuring your employees.		Safe-T-Gate The Safe-T-Gate Light Duty is a low cost, easy-to-operate personnel barrier that withstands 200 lbs. of force from any direction. It can be used as part of a complete barrier system to provide easy access where needed, or as a stand-alone product for other area protection applications.

Sure-Stop
Sure-Stop is a smarter barrier system to protect building walls where it is critical to stop fork trucks with little or no deflection. The system can also be used in conjunction with the GuardRite Strap and Light Duty Barrier Systems.


Protective Guardrail System The Ideal Shield^� Protective Guardrail System is available in one-and two-line configurations. Standard lengths range from 4' to 12'. Standard heights range from 14�" to 42". Custom configurations are available to meet specific guarding requirements.		Bumper Post Sleeve The Ideal Shield^� Bumper Post Sleeve is a polyethylene thermoplastic sleeve that slides over existing guard posts, eliminating the need for costly scraping and painting. Smooth rounded finish does not snag clothing or cut people, and safety symbols and warnings molded in sleeve alert personnel to plant dangers and safety precautions.

Column Sentry�
Semi-flexible and stress-crack-resistant plastic barrier that minimizes the force of tow motor impact that can damage columns, supports, vehicles and operators.
