Machine Guarding Systems


FlashFold Vertical Rising Safety System The FlashFold is ideal for robotic cells where cross-flash conditions exist. The vertical rising curtain allows for overhead crane access while protecting personnel from weld flash, flying debris and entry into dangerous work areas. The Flashfold is a great solution for large applications, up to 16' wide x 9' high, and can even integrated with a retractable side-to-side curtain for robotic welding.		Slide-Air Pneumatic Safety Curtain The Slide-Air is perfect for robotic cells or welding areas where fork truck access is required. The speed is adjustable by controlling the volume of air to the cylinder or through a pressure control valve. The pleated curtain design minimizes storage space and enhances overall appearance. Available in sizes up to 10’ x 10’.


SlimLine Roll-Up Safety Barrier Improved version of the original Guardian, the SLIMLINE has barrier tabs in lieu of bars, faster speed of 40" per second, full curtain height protection and reduced installation time.		Verti-Guard™ The Verti-Guard™ solid panel is ideal for openings from 12" wide to 72" wide where parts loading by hand or overhead crane is required. Free standing, floor mounting or face mounting are available.


Roll-Top Barrier Door The roll-back header of the Roll-Top Guardian allows for easy front loading by overhead crane or forklift. Durable black armor pleated curtain and barrier bars protect workers from weld flash, flying debris, smoke, heat and entry into a work area, and the non-contact Category 4 Safety Interlock		RoboGuard Welded Wire Partition The RoboGuard welded wire guarding system prevents employees from entering into dangerous work areas with its 8 gauge steel wire enclosure. When combined with Saf-T-Vu fabric, RoboGuard will also protect your employees from hazardous weld flash and flying debris associated with robotic welding.

Retractable Enclosures


Roll-Shield Safety Curtain Unique up-down-swivel motion of the Roll-Shield Roll-Up Safety Curtain provides protection in areas where other conventional curtains and screens fall short. Readily adaptable to changing manufacturing layouts and processes, it protects workers from harm while maintaining unobstructed overhead access for maximum safety and productivity.		X-Ten Retractable Cable Combining a safety curtain and a suspension device, the X-Ten Retractable Cable Curtain is a versatile area protection system ideal for manufacturing work cells where overhead suspension systems can interfere with material handling. It extends up to 26 feet and can be used in combination with additional curtains for corner, perimeter, or open floor cells.		Side-to-Side Safety Curtain The Side-To-Side Safety Curtain is ideal for larger openings where frequency of use is low, but full access is required. Does not require overhead suspension, eliminating obstructions to overhead equipment and stores safely, requiring minimal floor space.
